Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Eureka Transportation & Logistics Ltd. (“Eureka”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Offered

  • Eureka Transportation & Logistics Ltd. provides logistics solutions including, but not limited to:
    Air & Sea Freight
  • Road Freight (Domestic & Cross-Border)
  • Warehousing & Distribution
  • Customs Clearance
  • Order & PO Management

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

2. Booking and Confirmation

  • Bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or an official Purchase Order (PO).
  • All shipment-related documents and instructions must be submitted before service execution.
  • Any changes to shipment details must be communicated in writing.

3. Payment Terms

  • All invoices are payable within 15 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of [insert %] per month.
  • Eureka reserves the right to withhold services or release of goods for unpaid invoices.

4. Liability & Insurance

  • While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of goods, Eureka is not liable for loss, damage, or delay due to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or third-party errors beyond our control.
  • Clients are encouraged to obtain transit insurance for valuable or fragile cargo.
  • Any claims for damage or loss must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery.

5. Customs and Compliance

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of all submitted documents.
  • Eureka is not responsible for fines, penalties, or delays due to incorrect or incomplete customs documentation provided by the client.
  • Customs clearance services will be executed under the authority and direction of the client.

6. Cancellation and Delays

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.
  • Delays caused by the client (e.g., unavailability of goods, incomplete documents) may incur additional charges.

7. Confidentiality

All information shared between Eureka and the client is treated as confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law or to provide the agreed services.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or notice on our website.
